Terms and conditions for the Cobra Kai Competition (the "Prize Draw")

By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions"). Promotional materials relating to the Prize Draw, including all information on how to enter the Prize Draw, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotion materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

The promoter of this Prize Draw is EML ("EML "). Participants must be at least 16 years old. Employees and agents of EML or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies and their immediate families and members of their households, and anyone otherwise connected with operation or fulfilment of the Prize Draw are not eligible to take part. EML reserves the right to require participants to prove that they are eligible to enter the Prize Draw. If any winner is found to be ineligible, EML reserves the right to award any prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded. The Cobra Kai giveaway prize draw commences at 00:01 UK time on the Tuesday 23rd August 2022 and all entries must be received by 16:00 UK time on the closing date of Friday 9th September 2022. Entry to the Prize Draw is free; no purchase is necessary. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the entry form found on the Website and must sign up to the newsletter. Participants must include their first name, last name, email address and select a 'total amount' from the choices that are listed . Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Entries that do not include the correct answer to the question will not be included in the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw will be promoted on  (the "Website") and social media channels . Use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Prize Draw is prohibited and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Participants may only submit a maximum of one entry into the Prize Draw. There will be only one 'Winner' selected in the Prize Draw.

The prizes are as stated and are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes in whole or in part. By participating in the Prize Draw, participants agree that the prizes are awarded on an "as is" basis, and that neither EML nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prizes. The winner of the Prize Draw will be the first name chosen at random from all complete, eligible, properly submitted entries received before the end of the applicable closing date. The winner will be selected no later than 9th September 2022, The winners will be notified by email no later than the 14th of September 2022 via the email address provided on entry. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. The prizes will be sent to the winner by post, but will first be informed by the email address provided on entry. If any e-mails to the winners are returned as undeliverable, EML reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to award their prize to another participant. If the winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified in the notification of winning, EML reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to award the unclaimed prize to another participant. In the event that, for reasons beyond EML’s reasonable control and not related to the winners, EML is unable to award the prizes as described in these Terms and Conditions, EML reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize.
